I've inhabited a multitude of roles across the educational ecosystem. Through each role, I’ve gained a deep, systems-level understanding of how education works on the ground and behind the scenes. This allows me to meet educational institutions where they are, bringing clarity to complex operations, smoothing out pain points, and aligning day-to-day practices with the core mission of learning.
NON-PROFIT
I've built a career spanning entry-level to executive positions in the nonprofit sector. My lived experience and intersecting identities, paired with my skill set and academic training in Sociology, provide me a unique and decolonized lens that informs my ability to build sustainable, equitable systems and meaningfully impact missions.

With experience in start-up and early stage environments, I bring an adaptive, systems-minded approach that helps teams sharpen focus, increase revenue, and reduce operational strain without compromising on values or quality. HI, I'M SANDRA YOKLEY
Throughout my educational and professional experiences, I have consistently sought to understand complex systems and drive meaningful change. That curiosity and drive, combined with a deep commitment to justice, has shaped every part of my journey.I am a systems-thinking, critical thinking leader with an educational background in Sociology and expertise in justice work, strategy advising, and operations leadership and management. As a director, co-founder and consultant, I’ve helped launch and scale mission-driven, community-rooted businesses and nonprofits. In every role, I have created pathways where none existed.My work has flourished in start-up and early-stage environments, where I’ve guided organizations through pivotal growth moments including developing pre-launch strategies for education initiatives, rolling out new nonprofit programs, and strengthening the financial foundation of small businesses.I am a force, shaped by what I’ve survived, fueled by what I believe, and committed to what I know must change.
